In order to configure your desktop email client, you will need the following information:

                       POP3:    mail.arcrmembers.net
                       SMTP:   mail.arcrmembers.net

Two other very important configurations:

1) We require that you use your entire email address as your login name. You cannot simply type in the username that precedes the @arcrmembers.net.  (ie:  yname@arcrmembers.net)

2) You will notice in the properties for your email account a box with a statement similar to "SMTP (Outgoing Mail) Server Requires Authentication." In Outlook Express, you can access the properties by going under Tools>Accounts>(select an account)>Properties. Make sure this box is checked or else you will not be able to send emails through your email client. Do not check the box for Secure Password Authentication.
